Standard estate agency package
This package offers effective, targeted marketing tailored to properties aimed primarily at French buyers. It is equivalent to what standard estate agents would offer you.
Exclusive mandate – 3.85% incl. VAT (equivalent to 4% of the net sale price)
Non-exclusive mandate – 4.76% incl. VAT (equivalent to 5% of the net sale price)
A balanced solution that combines visibility and cost control, for those who are not in a rush to sell.
This option is designed for properties requiring broader international exposure and includes first-class after-sales support once we have found a buyer. You gain greater peace of mind, sell faster, and at the best price.
Exclusive mandate – 4.76% including VAT (equivalent to 5% of the net sale price)
Non-exclusive mandate – 5.66% including VAT (equivalent to 6% of the net sale price)
This includes much more extensive marketing than in the standard estate agent package, increased international visibility in all key buyer markets, as well as administrative and legal assistance throughout the entire sales process (we do not leave you in the hands of a random third party, but instead follow up actively and proactively).
This model is inspired by the way properties are sold in most Scandinavian countries: you benefit from a significantly lower commission, while selecting additional services that are invoiced separately.
The commission rate is just 2.95% of the sale price.
Due to legal restrictions on how estate agents in France are allowed to structure their fees, this type of model is not offered by other agencies.
